What will happen:

RESETTING BALANCES

All player balances will be reset to $5,000.

LOWER SELL PRICES

Sell prices of certain items would be dramatically decreased. Specifically the “farmable” items such as cactus, pumpkins, sugar cane, and iron. 

DISABLING BANK NOTES

This would mean that any existing banknotes and the creation of new banknotes would be disabled.
